Hydraulic crushing or bursting of concrete is used e.g. when large lumps of material have to be removed as quietly and free of vibration as possible.
Used in Conjunction with diamond drilling applications the hydraulic ram is inserted into a pre-drilled hole. The hydraulic pressure forces the material apart. The usage of water is reduced to a possible minimum.
